TELESIS FINANCES OUT-OF-STATE PROJECT

CHATSWORTH, CALIF.-- Telesis Community CU has signed a deal to finance the $10.2-million purchase of a 24-story office building in downtown Little Rock, Ark.

The California CU provided a five-year member business loan of $7.5 million to the purchaser, 200 West Capitol LLC, of Reseda, Calif. The 268,598-square-foot building is located at Bank of America Plaza.
